"Concessions was kind of a letdown"
The show itself was fine, but the concessions was disappointing. The line moved really slow, and the food options felt super basic for what they was charging. The seats and lobby got crowded too, so it wasn’t the most comfortable experience. I just expected a little more overall.

"Box office actually made it easy"
I was trying to pick seats online and got a little stuck, like, okay, why is this harder than it needs to be? So I called the box office, and the person who helped me was super patient. They got everything sorted out quickly and even explained the fees without making me feel rushed. A few minutes later, my tickets were sitting in my email. Such an easy experience in the end, and I was really glad I called

"Nice balance of classics and newer pieces"
I’ve been browsing paballet.org and I have to say, the repertoire looks great, right? It doesn’t feel like they’re just repeating the same big-name ballets every season, which I really appreciate.
It’s easy to see what’s coming up, and the mix of classic ballet with some newer works makes me want to keep checking back. Seems like a solid balance for someone who loves the traditional stuff but doesn’t want only that, you know?

"Exchange was easy, but the refund policy feels strict"

I really do like supporting ballet, but the prices on paballet.org feels a little too high for me. Once the fees was added on, it got expensive fast, and the overall value just didn’t match what I was expecting. I’m probably not going back anytime soon.

"Really enjoyable show"
I had a really good time overall. I was mostly focused on the dancers because they were great and really held my attention. The only thing that stood out besides that was the music being a bit too loud at times, but it didn’t ruin the experience for me

I went mostly for the ballet. That was the plan anyway. But the live music ended up being the thing I kept thinking about after. The orchestra sounded so clear, not overpowering at all, just right. It made everything feel more alive. More real. There were a couple moments where I actually got chills. i’m really glad they don’t just use recorded music

"Great teachers, but the class flow is all over the place"
The teachers are really good, like they clearly know what they’re doing and I’ve had days where I left feeling like my brain just leveled up. But the classes can be kind of uneven. Some sessions are super helpful, and then other times it feels so rushed I’m sitting there like, wait, did we just sprint through an entire topic in five minutes? Not a dealbreaker, but the difference from one class to the next can be a little dramatic

"The choreography just didn’t do much for me"
I really wanted to enjoy it more, but the choreography never fully pulled me in. There were a few nice moments, the dancers were definitely talented, but a lot of the movement felt kind of safe and repetitive. It wasn’t bad, it just didn’t feel all that exciting to me.

I emailed them about my tickets and heard back after a couple days. They did answer my question, but I had to send one follow-up before everything was cleared up. It wasn’t a bad experience or anything... I just wish the response time had been a bit faster.

"Those dancers really carried it"
I loved the dancers, they had so much control and you could really feel the emotion in what they were doing. A few parts dragged a little for me, and I’m blaming the pacing there, not the performers, because they were seriously beautiful to watch overall
